2.1 Smart Contract Audit Services

Our smart contract audit services consist of professional security assessments of blockchain-based software code. These assessments are performed at a specific point in time based on the version of the codebase provided to us. Our audit reports represent the professional opinions of our security researchers and are subject to the following important limitations:

• Audits do not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits
• Audits do not evaluate the business viability, tokenomics, or market prospects of any project
• Audits cover only the specific code, scope, and version identified in the Statement of Work
• Post-audit code modifications may introduce new vulnerabilities not covered by the original report
• No audit can provide absolute assurance of code security

2.2 On-Chain Risk Intelligence

Our on-chain risk intelligence reports are research products based on analysis of publicly available blockchain data, protocol documentation, and governance structures. These reports are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to the following disclaimers:

The provision of audit services or risk intelligence reports does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship beyond the scope of the executed Master Services Agreement. Arx Inc. does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advisory services. Clients and report recipients should consult with their own qualified professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.

4. Conflicts of Interest

Arx Inc. maintains policies and procedures to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest. We disclose the following:

• Arx Inc. and its employees may hold positions in digital assets, including assets associated with protocols we have audited or assessed
• We maintain a conflict of interest policy that requires disclosure of material holdings and prohibits front-running or trading based on non-public audit findings
• Audit engagements are conducted independently regardless of any token holdings by company personnel
• We do not accept equity, tokens, or other ownership interests as compensation for audit engagements, except where disclosed in the applicable engagement agreement

5. Cryptocurrency Payment Disclosures

Arx Inc. accepts payment for services in cryptocurrency (ETH, USDC, DAI) and USD. The following disclosures apply to cryptocurrency payments:

• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• Payment amounts denominated in cryptocurrency are determined at the time of invoice and are not subject to adjustment for subsequent price fluctuations
• Arx Inc. is not responsible for cryptocurrency sent to incorrect wallet addresses
• Clients are responsible for any tax obligations arising from cryptocurrency transactions

6. Limitation of Liability

Arx Inc. limits its liability for any engagement to the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. In no event shall Arx Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages arising from exploits, hacks, or financial losses occurring after the delivery of an audit report.

Arx Inc. maintains appropriate policies and procedures to prevent the use of our services for money laundering or terrorist financing. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that we determine, in our sole discretion, may involve illicit activity or sanctioned parties.
